EXCHANGE POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sales are final. No refunds. We will exchange the size or style if it's within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. In order to do an exchange, you must first call us to be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Please fill out the exchange form in its ENTIRETY and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. A charge of $5.99 will be placed on your credit card for the return shipping costs. If you choose to receive a store credit, the credit amount will remain on your Beach Bunny account and will be redeemable by phone.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE MERCHANDISE, JEWELRY, BRIDAL COLLECTION AND ACCESSORIES.

BRIDAL EXCHANGE POLICY

Final Sale - Size exchanges are accepted as long as the returned styles are in their original condition, with all tags attached. We will gladly exchange size within 30 days of your delivery date. Due to U.S. Health Regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. In order to do an exchange, you must first call us to be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Any product received after 30 days will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, your size exchange will be issued.

DAMAGES

Damage policy applies to 2011 and 2012 Collections only. Beach Bunny Swimwear, Inc. guarantees it's clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Beach Bunny's suits are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Please contact Beach Bunny Swimwear for damages that occur after 60 days for more information. Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Beach Bunny suits are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water.

All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as specialty lingerie detergent). Lie flat or hang to dry.
