For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free return shipping).
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove sanitary the slip.

Steps To Start The Return Process (Non-Account Holders)
- Fill out the form below with your order number and e-mail address.
- Select the order and you would like to return as well as the item(s). Press SUBMIT REQUEST when form is completely filled out.
- A customer service representative will review your request and email you a prepaid shipping label and return form, please print the shipping label and the return form.
- Place your items back in the packaging you received them in, along with the return form and seal.
- Write your RMA # on the outside of your package, attach the shipping label, and drop off at your nearest USPS office.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
